Not a hero in our book. They were contractors of Wayne Homes, Hartland, Michigan. They did plumbing AND a Rheem water softener. This was late 2022. Now softener is not working properly, and we need help. They will NOT return calls, did not respond to emails. Jeremy / Shannon. Unreliable. Maybe they will find us NOW.

They get the job done right, my dad is stubborn and wanted something replaced and the owner was so kind and explained everything to him, broke down the price..and for once my dad had zero complaints!!!! SO HAPPY! They are an amazing company! family owned! Our family has definetly changed plumbers for any of our future issues.
