Tim Harrison is extremely rude and lazy. He refused take time to search for the right furnace part. Despite being told that we would pay for his time he tried to enlist someone else to look up the part number so that we could find the part, not him. Said he didn't want to be bothered. And when I tried to talk with him, he slammed down the phone in my ear. I tried to call back and his office help was also very rude. This is not a company that you want to use for service.
