I cannot speak enough about how thankful I am for the staff and Dr that I see at this clinic .Ive had care at Seattle VA and others . This clinic here has literally saved my life one time From osteomyelitis ( deadly bone infection) Please take ANY negative review of this clinic with a grain of salt . My name is James Lea and I believe Dr. Jose Fontanilla and his team are a great asset to the V.A. and the community. From the time I started to deal with the V.A. I was being lied to taken advantage of. They where losing paper work and being the opposite of helpful in every way they could. When I started to see The V.A. The staff there are incredible. I avoided the VA for 20 years after my service. I had a great distrust of the system. But when I made my first visit I was overwhelmed by the level of compassion and empathy. I wish every American could receive such care. If they don't answer the phone they will call you back.
