RecommendedWe had to take my three year old in today because of a rash. Since that can be a sign of COVID in kiddos, they sent us through the drive through testing line. We had a great experience! It wasn't a long wait and the staff was great with her. They did test her to be safe, but it's most likely from bug bites.
If it wasn’t for the incompetence of this office I wouldn’t have a kidney infection right now!!!!! I went on a Saturday for a UTI and they gave me macrobid. Then after taking 3 pills(and they were helping), they called me on Tuesday to say that my culture indicated that I needed a different antibiotic, so I stopped the macrobid. Then they never sent the antibiotic. I called and left a voicemail on Thursday. Never got an answer and wasn’t able to reach them until Sunday. Went in for a standard COVID-19 test. That was 6 days ago. I still do not have my results. I would have definitely gone somewhere else.
There are a lot of negative reviews from unhappy people on here so I wanted to come write a positive review as I had a great experience here today. From the tents out front (triaging incoming patients for COVID symptoms) to the Medical assistant that helped me with paperwork for workmen’s comp to the ARNP and the radiology technician - it was a smooth sailing ship. i went to Doctors Clinic Urgent care and was told they were not accepting any more patients. this was at 3 pm. Went to Harrison Port Orchard Urgent care. they gave me the exact medicines I needed and gave me a nebulizer treatment and was back on the road by 4:45 pm. I am going there the next time I have any medical issues
Very fast and efficient care. I was in and out in less than an hour as a walk in patient.
Very poor experience on Sunday. Attending LPN more interested in possible STD than my real-life kidney infection. No saline IV was started other than the needle. Poor bedside manner as well. Recommend avoiding
I went to this clinic yesterday with urinary tract infection symptoms. The provider, Jody Colletto, focused on the potential of me having an STD. She did not believe I as a male could have a UTI. The staff failed to give me saline solution. The provider’s bedside manner was reminiscent of Cruella de Ville I was transported to Harrison Silverdale where I received outstanding care for my kidney infection and was sent home. The contrast in care was amazing. I would not recommend the Port Orchard clinic to anyone
Upset that I wait 15 minutes to be checked in only to be told to leave since they were down a provider. Guess it’s time to not go back!!!
