The power is actually out more often than it's going I could literally buy a wheel for my cat to run on and produce more power than there entire company has ever provided anyone living in rural WV is a joke the companies around here abuse the fact there's no one else to replace them and purposely don't fix things because it's cheaper I hope everyone at this company has to get a real job one day.
We have used HREA for 18 years. We love this company. Their employees are always helpful and efficient. They're always ready to fulfill our electrical and phone/internet needs. Great company.
One lady at the office was very short and rude when trying to set up our account, the power flickers rapidly all the time and damages our water pump, the power goes out at the slightest blow of the wind, they don't give you estimated power return times, and it's the most expensive power company I've ever had. Unfortunately they're the only option. Electricity should not be this big of a headache.
Newest update: November 30th 2024 its 5;20 AM power is out, no heat. Im positive they really dont care. People deserve better than this. Current temp 26° and i can see my breath inside AWESOME. Update: This company is still the worst. Sun is shining power is out. This company will always be no good. Stop being the middle man and let a real company take it over.
