Horrible!!!!!
Constant power outages. Often for 12+ hours. Currently under 4th outage in less than 4 weeks. Trash. Would choose literally any other company if there was an option
UPDATE: 06/17/2025 YOU NEED TO TURN THIS SECTION OVER TO MON POWER AT LEAST THEY CAN KEEP THEIR END OF THIS ROAD ON. Hard working crew!
The power is actually out more often than it's going I could literally buy a wheel for my cat to run on and produce more power than there entire company has ever provided anyone living in rural WV is a joke the companies around here abuse the fact there's no one else to replace them and purposely don't fix things because it's cheaper I hope everyone at this company has to get a real job one day.
