Our stove died, and I needed a replacement pronto -- not only did we find a slightly used one at Harrison, but they also got someone to come out and install the gas line - all for less than we had budgeted for a new model. I've also had them out for two (unrelated) service calls; both times their technician was timely, communicative, and kind in showing me how I could avoid repeating the damage.
