I contacted Harrison Properties regarding availability of property for lease at the Gateway Corporate Park. Jena put me in touch with Mitch to take a look at one of the properties. After reviewing the property Jena was informed that we were interested in leasing and wanted to know what the next steps were in proceeding. Very Unprofessional. The office manager Jenna is a complete loser. These people will not even return phone calls. We tried Leasing Property at their Gateway Corporate Park location and received the complete runaround. They didn't even have the courtesy to professionally turn us down for the property. They asked for our personal information and our financials and once we sent that information to them we never heard anything from them again. Very grateful that Harrison Properties quickly and painlessly sold my condo in Wilmington, DE in 2021. I live in upstate NY and never even had to travel to Delaware once for the sale. Harrison Properties also professionally managed my condo as a rental before the sale and they did an exceptional job
