Dr. De la Morena has been my children’s doctor since they were one year old and a newborn. I love her bedside manner. She and Dr. Majd are thorough and sweet.
Harrison Pediatrics has been wonderful for our family. The doctors are very caring. They have an incredible amount of experience and are excellent diagnosticians. This is not a fancy, new-fangled office but you’ll feel like your child was given a thorough exam and your concerns listened to. They do not rely on NPs or PAs like so many other pediatric facilities - you only see one of the docs. Everyone knows my child by name when we have an appointment.
Agree with previous posters- wish there was a zero stars option. The 2 doctors are fine but there is one receptionist that is beyond rude. I tried putting up with her because I thought it'd be a headache to switch but after one particularly condescending conversation, I made the switch and am so grateful. Families-- it's not that hard to switch! You can even ask your new provider to request your records from Harrison Peds to limit interactions with the rude receptionist.
If I could give zero stars I would. And it’s not even because of the Doctor, it is because of the receptionist. I don’t normally come on here and write reviews, but this was so bad. I felt like I really had to warn people. I was taking my children to this practice for the past two years. And in that time I had two more children. We live two minutes down the street, so it was very convenient and also the doctor speaks Spanish, which was nice in case my husband wanted to speak to her in Spanish.. anyways, we have a long Spanis... read more
