After breaking down in my van & been told something had caused the alternator belt to snap off the AA guy he soon put a new battery on for me & got me to the garage within a hour & i left my vehicle there while they looked at it for me. The parts were ordered same day to be delivered the day after the parts were fitted that day & i was back on the road the next day & was able to do my jobs. Had my clutch replaced here and then a month later it felt as if the clutch had gone again. Took it back to them and they said there was no problem with the clutch, just for it to happen again a few weeks later. I understand they are extremely busy but it would have been reassuring if they tried to find the source of the problem.
