Would be a nice place if had better management If you don't kiss their a$$ they will look for reasons to write you up or kick you out. Maintaince only fixed things on his terms if he's not drunk. When you move out they try to charge you for things maintenance did, like sloppy painting. If you're looking for a feasible place to live without the hassle of having neighbors on top of you like the apartments look no further. The mobile homes are very well maintained and the staff are great people. Whom try to do what they can to make it a great place to live in. Located in town, so very close to all the amenities you would need. Most neighbors are very friendly and alot of us care about our little community. Just like going to flint
