You would think one of a lawyer’s strongest skills would be communication, especially with their clients, but unfortunately this was not the case. Neither was customer service. I would NOT recommend coming here at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
It has become increasingly evident that Mrs. Harrison-Medlin demonstrates a pattern of unprofessional behavior. She consistently overcharges and appears to overcompensate herself, yet fails to meet basic expectations such as punctuality, effective communication, and accountability. We have consulted with Chad Medlin on several events that have impacted our family. He was highly recommended to us by a friend who advises people in situations requiring legal advice. Michelle Harrison operates like a public defender and generously compensates herself for her work. This woman charges way too much and never knows what’s going on in her own cases. Michelle works very slowly, if she bothers to do anything at all. Please believe what she tells you on her consult will leave her mind the second she’s done speaking and every conversation after will be a refresher of the initial conversation. Michelle will also linger after hearings to charge more.
