Purchased a boat from Mario at Harrison Marine. Good price , no b/s fees like doc fees that most other dealers tack on . Had an issue soon after the sale. The owner of Harrison Marine drove 1 1/2 hours the next morning to see what the problem was . A clip loosened up on the throttle cable. He fixed it . Jason really stepped up to fix the problem ASAP. What happens after the sale is more important than the sale itself.

Superb boat buying experience! Mario was excellent in sales and spent a long time with my son and I on multiple occasions answering all of our rapid-fire questions about a wide range of boating topics. Jason, Kim and service manager Evan all went out of the way to help us, service with a smile! We just purchased a boat on consignment from Harrison Marina. They were up front with everything on the boat, were very helpful and provided great service. We will definitely return for future service.

Bought my Sylvan pontoon at the Portland boat show in 2022 was supposed to have a 10 year extended warranty in the agreed upon price and NEVER received any documentation even after a few calls to them. Also the horn stopped working within a week and they were going to ship one to me instead of pulling my boat out of the water and trailering it to them. 2 years have gone by and still no horn and no paperwork for the extended warranty. Lots of lip service once they get your money. Place is going down hill.
