We just purchased a boat on consignment from Harrison Marina. They were up front with everything on the boat, were very helpful and provided great service. We will definitely return for future service.
Bought my Sylvan pontoon at the Portland boat show in 2022 was supposed to have a 10 year extended warranty in the agreed upon price and NEVER received any documentation even after a few calls to them. Also the horn stopped working within a week and they were going to ship one to me instead of pulling my boat out of the water and trailering it to them. 2 years have gone by and still no horn and no paperwork for the extended warranty. Lots of lip service once they get your money. Place is going down hill.
Harrison Marina has always gone above and beyond to satisfy any need we have had. We have been going there for 4 years now and we are extremely happy with their customer service.
