Dr.Chen provides me with superlative care and perfect dental outcomes. His dental assistants are expertly trained to prepare me and calm any anxiety I may feel. When Dr. Chen begins , they tell me what to expect by way of anticipating any anxiety I may have. The front desk staff is always available for questions in advancevof appointments and each person is calm and kind. I am so deeply grateful to Dr. Chen and everyone on his staff.
OMSNY has been terrific. I had to get a tooth extracted on an emergency basis and then had the preparatory work for an implant done. Everyone in the office is nice and competent. I was taken on time and the work was done well and efficiently. And Dr. Gray and his assistant Sandy are wonderful.

There’s not many places that you can say what I’m about to say about Dr Ward and his Staff if there was an award for SERVICE EXCELLENCE they would come in a #1. Out of all the medical facilities I’ve gone to recently I must say I am impressed. They made me comfortable and believe me I get uncomfortable when it comes to going to any place where dental work is done. Thumbs up to
