Best doctor really listens to you and his nurse Rachel is great
Dr. Lin is great. No complaints about him at all, which is why this review rating isn't lower. However, there is a nurse in his office named Rachel W. who is incompetent to the point of causing additional troubles and stress for Dr. Lin's patients. I made an appointment with Dr. Lin and messaged his office for help since I am a relatively young (late 30s) person who was suddenly experiencing unexplained hearing loss and ear pressure. The doctor and the entire staff are incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They truly care about their patients and make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care.
