I will tell you a small story. This man had completely screwed my life up. When I was charged back in 2001, my family and I hired him to represent me, after the second attorney go around. He did get a second charge dismissed, even tho any idiot could have. The problem was is that when he went to my plea heading in 2004 he sold me out. He was to do a deposition on my alleged victim 7 months prior to my plea hearing. He told me he did it and I could not get the "minutes" from it cause it would "piss off the DA".
