Dr Jackson is such a wonderful doctor who always takes the extra time to be sure he covers all his patients needs. He has always been so patient and also explains everything so great I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a doctor.
Dr. Jackson is personable, professional and an exceptional primary care physician. Very happy to have him as part of my care team at OSU. Highly recommend.
My experience is always great. There is always someone to greet you and direct you to wherever you need to go. You never have to wait long and the doctors are all excellent. My only “complaint” is that you have to confirm your contact and insurance information every time you talk to someone, so this can be twice in one week if you have a few appointments. I get why they want to make sure the information is current and accurate, but it sure would be nice if you could confirm this less frequently.
