This management company SUCKS........They did not check credit or background The TENANTS were TOTAL #\$%\$
This property management company is ridiculous. The office is lined with bullet proof glass! They are total slum lords! They dont repair anything, and their tenants dont respect the properties! Dont rent from them or use them for management services! they are BAD NEWS!
This company sucks ass, I was a renter at the building they are at and they tried to illegally evict me. They are racist and slum lords. I witnessed five black men being evicted from their office space within months time. I think steve is gay.
I totally agree with babel.i rented a house from these people and the house was in foreclosure.I had a one year lease and i was in the 4th month of my lease,when i was visited by a guy from the fannie mae program and told that i had two weeks to get out.i am a single mom of five kids.i was devastated-we moved out and had to end up in another property that belonged to j.m. harrison.due to the fact that i was not able to find anything else in a two week time period.I now pay 625.00/mth. for a duplex that i never had any plans ... read more
I live by a property rented out by these guys and the people and their property are the worst of the worst. I work hard everyday and the people who live in these rentals are basically section 8 individuals who do not respect the property or the people around them. I definitely say do not rent properties from them because they are not suitable for living. The neighbors before them even stated that the house was a piece of crap and not even suitable to live in.
