We drove all the way there, paid for both entry and parking, and after 10 minutes we were told to leave because they were having an issue with their pool chemicals. They refused to provide any refund, so we ended up losing almost $50 for nothing. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend going there.
Like others have said, pricy and the building needs a renovation but I found it clean. Limited hours and unexpected closures. One evening hours were 5-8pm but when I arrived at 5:45pm, I was told it was closed due to "chemical imbalance". Next day was open as stated 9-1pm. Weird hours but I had a nice soak.
2025-Nov-15, the cashier boy seem doesn't like his job or people (impolite). Hope you smile more when you do customer service. Pool is not crowded, clean. A lot of locker and changing room. There is a big window facing the lake.
