My daughter is a baby!!!! She was vomiting and had a fever, they saw she was vomiting and crying but said we still had to wait. I hate this place, why would you not take care of a baby first?? They took in homeless/methheads first over my baby, absolutely hate this place
My SO was coughing up blood and could drink/eat anything. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen and dismissively told it was COVID but they would run some tests and get meds. We then sat in the lobby for another 3 hours for any medical assistance of any kind. The entire time we pressed the staff for answers almost a dozen times. At this point we were at the hospital for 5 hours and saw the doctor for literally 3 minutes so we simply left and went somewhere else. A hi-risk family member with history of stroke hits head on the ground after a bad fall. Currently on blood thinners with progressive numbness and loss of balance. Six hour wait in a waiting room and there is no room to screen or her prepare her for a CT scan to rule out a severe brain injury. I was told by staff that it did not appear urgent with pupils being equal and reactive to light. I get a call from her inside the lobby that she has a worsening headache. No one had checked on her.
