EDITED: July 15 2023: Our main contact for the remaining work left the company. This is now 3 personnel we’ve worked with who are gone without a heads up. Harrison never told us he left until we reached out for an updated schedule - which we still don’t have. Harrison Homes Atl will blame COVID, but it’s integrity and attention to detail they and their trades lack. They pass the buck, stopped responding to our texts, calls, and warranty claim emails. They’re just trying to run out the clock on the warranty period. We’ve dealt with Craig, Andy, Brent, Blake, Connor, and now even Scott (the owner) without resolution. Now Scott is claiming we owe money and interest for work not complete. Just ask Brent (their former VP of Custom Homes - who quit without even saying he was leaving - ... read more
EDITED April 25 2023: We were scheduled for "nail pop" repair tomorrow. We were notified today that the workers would not be showing up because they were scheduled elsewhere. This was supposed to be a one year warranty item. We moved in December 2021. We're now going on 16+ months. We have MANY other punchlist items that still have not been completed.
