Unfortunately we have had a very difficult experience with Harrison Home Systems. If I could rate them a zero I would. Our system for the TV was installed about 2 years ago and we have had at least 12 visits/calls to fix the Control 4, to reset the network, to replace modem, fix a frozen remote control, etc. and now the TV will not turn off. They say some driver must be stuck or broken. They sell their service packages because you have to use them so often as parts are constantly needing to be fixed or upgraded, etc. We have... read more

Awesome place, very knowledgeable people. If you're looking to trick out your home with the best home automation, networks, or want to power an entire MDU, they should be your go to company in Colorado! I hear they may be moving to an even bigger spot soon, a sign of how well they're doing because people trust them to do the job right.
If every company I worked with could be like Harrison Home Systems business would be a lot easier. From the start to finish of our 6-month project with HHS I experienced topnotch customer service and prompt replies answering my questions. I worked primarily with Chris (sales) and Alex (tech) and highly recommend them both.
