Just had a CAT scan done at this clinic in the imaging department. Very smooth process. The technician was pleasant and informative. And Mary at the front desk was a total champ. When I came in to the appointment she had a long line and lots of things to juggle, and she did it well and held her composure despite some noticeable complications that were outside of her control. When she got to me, she was pleasant and gave me some very useful information for my continued care. Excellent experience all around.
Avoid Jami Mock + this office! (I’m also waiting for someone from this office to call me, they were supposed to last week and never did) Jami spent most of my appointment talking about herself and her “circle graph”. Then about how the healthcare world is messed up and how she doesn’t agree with overpriced stuff and yada yada. Then I got my bill. Just had my first appointment with the newest member of the team, Dr. Bogusz. From start to finish, this was one of the best appointments I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were calm and kind, the lobby wasn’t crowded, and there was hardly any wait. Dr. B’s medical assistant was kind, thorough, and didn’t make me feel rushed. My PCP transferred here, and when I ran out of my medication, they wouldn't refill my prescription without making a totally unnecessary appointment with the same physician I'd already been seeing for 2 years. I wasn't due for a checkup for another 8 months. Very strange and dismissive attitudes from both the receptionist and the nurse when I asked them to please check with my PCP directly as I don't mind driving to Poulsbo, but not when it's absolutely unnecessary.
