Great doctors hindered by mediocre operations staff across all local offices. My doctor is top notch - no question - very thorough, never evaluated so meticulously for a lifelong health problem. But I hate coming in because too many mixups and too many times waiting too long to be helped when checking in. Regular experience when interacting with this health group. Too bad, such potential.
