Just bought a suv through Justin. The experience was great. Everyone was nice, held the vehicle until we could come test drive it, and did everything he could to make it work for us. Tyler was an awesome finance guy to work with!!
It is good to see this dealership back in the Pritchard family. We were treated promptly and friendly. I purposely talked sales staff up and there was no pull back. I have not yet made a decision, but will likely make a purchase at some time. In my 30 + years in the area, I have been comfortable with Pritchard dealerships.
