I and my wife just purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT5 from Justin Oleson, Justin is an asset where ever he is working as since we moved back here we have purchased our vehicles from him. Followed him from the competitor to Pritchard Ford. I beleive he has always had a natural instinct for customer service and how to treat people honestly and fairly, I just had to tweek it slightly when we first met him, by telling him to open my wifes door on the car before mine as that impresses me more.
