Getting a hold of someone from Harrison Fence is harder than getting Taylor Swift Era's tour tickets. I was very excited to have Harrison fence come work on my fence. Their salesmen, Daniel, was fabulous and did a great job selling their product. Scam artists. We were charged an additional $540 without authorizing the charges. I have called them multiple times, but nobody ever returns my call. Do not fall for their deception. They lie. Shawn was the sales rep who told us they were an "all in one company" with everything included. HA! Lies. Use another company and save your money so you too don't get scammed.
Had only heard great things about this company, so picked them to do our install. Long story short, if you can stand to deal with unreliable people and no integrity, you’ll eventually get a great looking fence. Scheduling was botched. We were told a few weeks if we signed contract ASAP.. we did, but then they didn’t schedule us and we had to wait and get in line after asking where they were. Absolutely excellent.. had my new fence installed two weeks before my scheduled installation day.. excellent customer service.. installed my fence with no problems all in one day.. installers were so great. Y answered all my questions so kind and polite... If you are looking for a great experience go with Harrison fence company. Lowest price out there.. seriously I shopped around for so long.. they gave the best price and service.
