Friendly salesman, however, I wish they didn’t charge $1500 for their “unboxing” fee and “shipping” fee. REALLY?
I rode in there a few years ago. I had , what might have taken me all of twenty minutes to do. I am not a mechanic. I had two parts I wanted replaced. An air filter, I forget the other. I had the parts. $300 labor was quoted. Hell no. Another repair shop in SLC just sent me a message, recommending them. 4get that? I have three BMW's, but rather than go to a BMW repair shop, I am considering a different brand.
I have been to Harrison motorsports three different times to buy different items. The first time was to trade in my motorcycle. I couldn’t get seen by anybody. They ignored me and acted like I wasn’t even there. The second time was to buy clothing apparel and was walked by ignored, the third time was to buy a helmet and nobody said anything welcome to me or did anything I walked out. I will never ever go there again. They lost my business. Will go to another state to buy parts.
I think Morgan Sapp is the kind of guy where everyone feels like he's a real friend, not just someone who sells amazing Ducati motorcycles! I bought the Diavel from him last year and brought it in for an oil change and had zero intentions of even looking at other bikes. I went over to say hello to Morgan and he remembered that last year I was debating between the Diavel and the MultiStrada.
