This review is about the accessories/parts people at the dealership: I called to see if they had a particular riding suit I'm looking for in a couple of sizes so I could try them on. Nope, no luck, and they are definitely tricky to find. Chris took my name and number and 10 minutes later he called me back to tell me he and his colleague (sorry, I don't recall her name) had found what I wanted on Revzilla. Holy schmoly. Friendly salesman, however, I wish they didn’t charge $1500 for their “unboxing” fee and “shipping” fee. REALLY?

I rode in there a few years ago. I had , what might have taken me all of twenty minutes to do. I am not a mechanic. I had two parts I wanted replaced. An air filter, I forget the other. I had the parts. $300 labor was quoted. Hell no. Another repair shop in SLC just sent me a message, recommending them. 4get that? I have three BMW's, but rather than go to a BMW repair shop, I am considering a different brand.

I have been to Harrison motorsports three different times to buy different items. The first time was to trade in my motorcycle. I couldn’t get seen by anybody. They ignored me and acted like I wasn’t even there. The second time was to buy clothing apparel and was walked by ignored, the third time was to buy a helmet and nobody said anything welcome to me or did anything I walked out. I will never ever go there again. They lost my business. Will go to another state to buy parts.
