This is my second encounter with them, the first time was an emergency situation. I had to shut my main water off to my house because of a broken pipe. It was Sunday and I had NO water at all, but I spoke with plumber and he came by to remedy the situation with-in an hour so I would have water until he could get the part I needed. He came back that week as promised and completed the job and I was very happy. The technician, like his wonderful wife, promised us that everything would be ok. He explained exactly what he was going to do, what chemicals he was going to use. He came back a few days later for the first treatment. Then he came back two weeks later and treated again.

We had the plumber do everything in our apt from painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry to general maintenance. The best part is he is insured, provided all the documents on time, and he is very prompt with responding to email and always answers his phone. Regarding any feedback, he accepts in a very professional manner, and solutions quickly.
