Called here after hoping to find a couple of hydraulic fittings to get my 81 year old father's plow fixed before a big snow storm. They were closing in 5 minutes, but Ben agreed to stick around, stayed late, and helped us out by custom making some adapter hoses and fittings to solve our problem. We really appreciate him going the extra mile to help us out.
