My husband and I had our first appointments at Harrison Dental Associates yesterday and we were very impressed. The establishment is bright, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. Our hygienists did a fantastic job cleaning our teeth and taking our x-rays. My hygienist, Kristen, was so thorough. Brittany was amazing! She was thorough, very professional, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Crowder explained the problem and the treatment plan and also answered all my questions. I was comfortable with the whole process and found it to be a great experience.
I was connected with this dental practice by my insurance company after my former dentist retired, and I must say, I've never had a better experience! Everyone was friendly, kind, and thoughtful, and the vibe was very calm. I didn't feel rushed in any way or pushed to do anything more than a cleaning (some practices can be so pushy with cosmetic procedures, but this one was not at all). Very cozy feel to the office. Professional and attentive staff. Kelsie is a great hygienist and made me feel very comfortable.
