I've had no issues with REMC. I've had to speak with customer service a few times, paying over the phone, forgetting to pay the bill. Each time they were helpful and very pleasant. In my current house power only went out once? That I can recall and was fixed quickly.
We're had more power outages this year than I remember all together in the last twenty years
