We're had more power outages this year than I remember all together in the last twenty years

Always nice and willing to work with me when my bill got rally high.
REMC doesn't know whether it's coming or going. No power AGAIN this morning. We called, we're told crews on their way to an outage. Called again, were told it's a planned outage, AGAIN, to which we did not receive a message, nor did anyone else receive a message in the area that it would be off. Some work from home. You cannot just say the night before or morning of "we're planning an outage," Terribly furious that they have absolutely NO consideration. And their rates are ridiculous.
