Big shout out to Paramedic Satterfield for taking awesome care of my dad on a transport from UHC to Ruby. He had severly injured his hand and was in alot of pain. Dad said Paramedic Satterfield kept him occupied and had him laughing several times which helped take his mind off the pain. Thank you Mr Satterfield!
