*update* I changed my rating from a 1 star to 5 because I called the company and left a detailed message to the receptionist and clearly it made it to the right person! Obviously, there is still a bit of noise, it is a construction zone after all. However, it didn't sound like a frat party! I gave them 5 stars because they got the message then took action to correct it.
