We had a plumbing emergency with a bad pipe blockage on a Saturday, and dirty water was backing up into the lower level of our home in Arcadia. I haven’t seen customer service this solid in a long time. A few years after my water softener was installed, it started leaking. When I checked the warranty, I noticed it should not have been set in direct sun, and that is where it had been placed. I called the plumbing company expecting a hassle, but Miguel handled everything the right way. i called the office early in the morning to ask for same-day plumbing service for a badly backed-up drain line in my daughter’s bathroom in Arcadia.
