We hit something in the road on the way home from dinner in Branson Sunday night and pulled over in the Top of the Rock entrance. Our Tundra is newer and we were having trouble engaging the slot to lower the spare in the dark. The restaurant was emptying and 30 cars passed until the owner Josh Stewart and his manager Steve stopped and said "we were in luck they owned a tire shop". I want to give a huuuuuge shout out to Steve Turney at Harrison Tire and Battery!! First, he honored a price I was given before a price increase had occurred, helping me keep in my budget. Secondly, I made a big mistake by ordering the wrong size tires from a third party online source. I was devastated and unsure of how I could mess up this big. Steve helped me out tremendously! No other shop would have offered this solution and for that I am extremely grateful!!! Thank you Steve, you're amazing!
Josh and his crew are superb! After another shop messed up my tires, HBT made it a priority to get new tires and didn’t charge me an arm and leg. Their work was done correctly and their customer service was even better. Thanks Josh!
