Let me make this clear. No, one likes having car problems. We caught a flat, made it to harrison battery and tire.They took absolutely amazing care of our tire. I want to personally, thank Steve Turney the general manager. He heard about our situation and basically plugged/sealed our tire for free. He gave us the positive energy that we needed to continue our honeymoon. If you have any problems make sure you find Steve he's your man. Steve is an example, that there's still some amazing people in this world .
Great guys and fast service even on a busy day 💯 Other new/used tire companies usually have like 2-3 hour wait times....but HBT has had my tires done in as little as 20 mins and the longest I've ever had to wait is an hour. If you have any questions or need help with anything, ask for Steve! Any of the guys can help you, but Steve was so nice and helpful that I thought he was the owner....HBT all the way!!!!
Great place to buy tires
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how great these people are. I came to Harrison by the entire thinking that I needed a battery in an alternator. For both of these was going to cost me right around $700. After putting the battery in they went ahead and tested the alternator one more time. They discovered the alternator was working just fine with the new battery. With me being a woman and not knowing anything about mechanics they could have simply put on the new alternator with the battery and charged me $750 and let... read more
