Their website says, "Free Estimates". That is a bunch of bull! My daughter dropped off her car to have them check the air conditioner . They said they would call her as soon as they found out anything. They never called! When my daughter called to find out what was going on with her car , they told her that there was a $80 diagnostic fee before they would return her car to her. They did not say anything about a fee when she dropped off the car nor did they have her sign a form saying that she understood that there was a fee.... read more

I never gave him any idea that diagnosing the air conditioning system would be free and after your phone call to me, he was very agreeable and completely understood the charges when he brought your daughter in to pick the vehicle up. Testing the system for no compressor operation takes time and all the technicians here are worth their weight, so they expect... read more
