We called Harrison Appliance because our freezer and ice maker had stopped working. They were able to come out at our earliest convenience and detected the problems(s) within minutes. The service tech thoroughly explained what was going on and how much it would cost to repair. Scheduling the repair appointment over the phone was easy, the scheduler was courteous and able to get me a same-day appointment for my fridge repair. When I called later to let them know I had car trouble and wouldn't be able to make it home for the scheduled time frame, they courteously said it would be no trouble to work around it and come later in the afternoon. Bunch of mechanics. Show up, do no diagnostic work and just suggest replacing random parts. The guy made two house visits, suggested two parts and neither one fixed the problem. Ended up watching a bunch of youtube videos and fixing it myself. What's the point of hiring an expert if no diagnostic work is done? Don't waste your time with this crew.

This should be a given, but they show up when they say they will show-up. They were fast and fairly priced.

I saved around $900 having them fix my washer and dryer instead of buying both brand new! Thank you Harrison Appliance!
