Amazingly bad manners. I called to schedule an appointment, the woman answered "Harrison Animal Clinic, what can i do for ya." Absolutely snarling. I called her out for her lack of graceful business courtesy, and that pissed her off enough to get a hangup. I called back and got a polite young lady that understood that Harrison customers were not her own private meat. Set me up with an appointment for the next morning.
