Amazing facility with amazing coaches! All of the coaches all do amazing work with their competitive athletes and Olympic lifters (both new or advanced in the sport!) It’s easy to see how much each of them care for their athletes and team. HIGHLY recommend!!
I have trained in a variety of athletic endeavors for a majority of my life but the knowledge, experience and attention to training methods that the coaches at Harrisburg Weightlifting Club provide are second to none. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff, whether you are an aspiring student athlete or just want to increase your overall fitness level. Top notch.
Can't say enough good things about this facility. Coaching staff will tailor a program to meet the athlete's goals and provide consistent adjustments and feedback, working with other sports they may be involved in as well. Positive and supportive, they really are the best of the best!
My son started in a rec program for fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting and loved it. We were curious about weightlifting and knew nothing about it. After the program, my son joined the gym with the hopes of competing. Because of the skilled coaches, my son has built strength, speed and agility which has helped him immensely with his other sports (baseball, wrestling) He also has medaled in weightlifting at a national level after only 1.5 years.
