If you don’t already know, the HWC is one of the top Weightlifting clubs in the country, not just in NC. There are over 27,000 members in USA Weightlifting. About 30 train inside our gym, and so far 16 have stood on the National Podium to receive a medal. We have National medalists in every division, from Youth, U25, Junior, and University level lifters, to Senior and Masters level lifters.
