We love the Harrisburg Veterinary Clinic. Our pets are well taken care of, and are in great hands with Dr. Farmer, and his staff. Dr. Farmer is so kind and personable. He takes lots of time with us explaining diagnosis and next steps for our pets. Our very young kitten had to have surgery, and she was in great hands. We are happy to have such a capable and excellent Veterinarian in our area.
Don't take your pets to Harrisburg vet clinic. They do not pay attention to detail when it comes to your children. They hire people with no certs or degrees. If you care about your pet take them to another vet and always get a second opinion. Remember this is your babies life so do not trust it with an inexperienced unprofessional office. I visited this vet for the very first time with a 5-month old puppy with a hurt leg. Dr. Farmer took my puppy across town, after he closed, to get my baby x-rayed. He diagnosed a badly fractured leg after hours, and called me that night with the diagnoses. I simply cannot say enough about how much I appreciate him! It was so very kind of him to work after hours to help my baby. My pup is undergoing treatment with a ortho specialist, and Dr. Farmer is monitoring his progress. Welcome to our neighborhood! The veterinary clinic is exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly. The Veterinarian, Dr. Farmer is very professional and concerned in educating pet owner's in the area the importance of vaccinating their pets. Dr. Farmer has treated 5 of my pets and all are doing well. I highly recommend the residents to see Dr. Farmer to use this clinic.
