We have used Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry for almost 10 years and almost always had a great experience so much so that when we moved, we just changed locations. We switched to the Tega Cay location because it was so convenient. We had appointments made for both of our children coming up and I received a text message canceling one of the appointments and told us to call to reschedule it. My 5 yr old daughter had a tongue tie release as a baby and was fearful of anyone getting into her mouth ever since. She was afraid of going to the dentist until we started coming here about a year ago. The staff, hygienist and dentist are all very friendly and professional. You can see they enjoy what they do. It’s a fun environment, my daughter gets excited about going to her appointments.
Very disappointed today to show up at a scheduled appointment to meet locked doors. I knew i had an appointment today because it was in my calendar and I confirmed our appointment via email. So I give them a call and their response was, “Oh we were trying to get that appointment fixed”. Wait, this appointment was made 6 months ago at their last cleaning. Dr. Amanda is amazing! The appointment went great! Crystal the hygienist took her time talking to my daughter making her comfortable during the appointment. Dr. Amanda is sweet and caring. Great experience, from front desk to the back. Love it here.
