The empathy and the kindness is like none I have experienced in the past and this isn't my 1st rodeo. They answer questions quickly and efficiently, they check up on you days after to check how you are feeling and they even took the time to drop off the death certificates at my home. At the most distressful time of my life, these people took me by the hand, answered my questions and guided me through the details that were necessary. They always showed sympathy and respect. Even after the funeral, they phoned me to ask if everything went well. My highest recommendations are extended to anyone considering their services.
They are so dear to me for the way they handled my mother's creamation services it was done with such grace and elegance. They help me to handle her passing very well. They also explained every question I had the cost and any other services they offer. I highly recommend them.
