Hard to tell that this place provides services to the public. The door is always locked, and if you get someone to answer the phone, they are clueless or quick to refer you to another agency.
Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly atmosphere that you can talk to. Informative first-time homeowner classes! Very reasonable credit counseling support.
