Dr won’t let parents back there for procedure or cleaning ( that’s what we needed) ! It’s their safety policy. Are you serious?! Sounds fishy to me. Never heard of any ridiculous policy like that and was always able to be there with my child. Not a place for us. Staff seemed nice though.
Always rude. Never busy, but somehow you're there for hours. Made my child feel very uncomfortable. Should probably switch to adult dentistry. Doctor Harris himself is great. Did I say how rude they were?
Dr.Harris and staff were friendly, kind and efficient. Everyone made sure my already apprehensive 3 year old daughter felt comfortable and happy.
