My experience with Harris Water was great. What I appreciated was that they didn't try to sell me something I really didn't need. When I talked to the sales lady she explained my options and recommended a less expensive way to go. Pretty straight forward.
This company is horrible. I'm going to leave out many details to keep this short. My rented RO system leaked at night flooding the kitchen. A small item was destroyed and I asked to be paid for it. Their difficult and unfriendly manager, Linda, said they would only credit my account. I asked to see where this is their policy in writing and she never responded.
