Great Customer Service
Horrible Service I called your company for service 2 months ago. Service rep told me that technicians were very busy, but that someone could get to my home within a month. I have a wine cellar unit that they installed and serviced in the past. It needs to be replaced. I called today to check on when someone was coming and I was told they are too busy and that no one could make it.
