They have overcomplicated this place. They made me an appointment, but didn't tell me I had to go to one of the different buildings and ended up sitting in the waiting room after checking in in the hospital for over an hour. And then they wouldn't take me for the appointment cuz I said I missed it. Why don't you add some more buildings all over the country that we have to drive to and you guys are not informed of their schedules.
So far, I’m loving these people. I have a large kidney stone. The only complaint I have about care is that I have to wait a week for the procedure to bust it up…and the pain from a kidney stone is ridiculous. But the staff and the doctor I saw are very kind. I will update after my surgery. Update: I love Dr. Vereb. She is very thorough and follows up, assuring you are cared for properly. I made it through the surgery and recovery quite well and have been very pleased with all the follow up.
They have canceled my appointment 3 times in a row day of and get frustrated when i let them know it’s an inconvenience. The 1st appointment, my Doctor got sick which is no worries so i rescheduled. Well the day i rescheduled for i noticed i had not gotten a confirmation text for my appointment so luckily i was smart enough to call and it turns out they never rescheduled me!! It's absolutely shocking to me that as nice of a small town Franklin is, that you have to drive to Sylva for medical care. But it was certainly worth the drive today to see Dr Coggins for Urology referral. I was greeted exceptionally when I went in, and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate. Dr Coggins is definitely in the right field of caring for others! She is very detailed with her patience and their understanding of procedures!
