I called Tuesday to make an appointment for a pre-employment drug screening for Thursday, I come in Thursday and the receptionist that I spoke to said she scheduled me the wrong day. A drug screening takes 5 minutes but they couldn’t fit me in. Now I have to come back another day which is very inconvenient. Incompetence…
Gave them an insurance card, said, sorry, wrong card, and gave them the right one. Charged 1.5k Seven months after my visit where they gave me a single ibuprofen and no diagnosis (later found out i had bronchitis) and on the bill it shows they ran the wrong insurance. Oops!!
Sylva Urgent Care saw me quickly, and are always very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
The staff is wonderful and truly care for patients!
