Horrible front desk lady was no help. She needs to be fired and hire somebody that will actually help with signing in. She was extremely rude and not nice with my parents today. How can they have her there if she is so Mean and rude very disappointed with her service NEEDS TO BE FIRED
front desk was kind but ik she was in on it. The whole staff treated me like i kidnapped my own freakin brother cos he needs a damn dr note. THIS ISNT INVESTIGATION DISCOVERYYYY GET OFF THE FB LADIES! made me extremely uncomfortable.
Receptionist is trash. She just knew she understood my issue and what needed to be done instead of LISTENING. I got tired of her attitude and “know it all” smirks so I went somewhere else. I will never understand why yall think somebody that’s already not feeling good wants to deal with that. Hire people that actually WANT to work and help people.
Just got a bill back after I had to get test done. Charged me for an ER visit and sent a $1200 bill for one lab. The breakdown of the bill listed almost $800 in “other charges”
