went here to shop for a bracelet as a gift and found one i really liked for $140 so i tried to buy it to be told that the system was down and they couldn't sell it to please come back in an hour so when i did the price of the bracelet jumped from $140 to 799 and when i started questioned why i was insulted and told to get out of the shop by the owner himself. bottom line is what happened here was horrible customer service and a misrepresentation of good business practices.

I have been a customer for over 20 years They do great repair work and I can highly recommend them! It is always a pleasant experience when I go into their shop!
I've been a customer for over a decade. They do an excellent job repairing jewelry and have very nice jewelry selections for sale. The owner is always pleasant and welcoming. I definitely recommend this business.
