Made an appointment mid-February for the end of March. Callee to see if they had any cancellations at the end of February and they said no, so I should just keep my date as is. Called to double check the date and time for this appointment mid-March and they had no record of my appointment and were not willing to take responsibility or work with me to get something scheduled.
