Efficient and generous hours
The pharmacy is a huge disappointment! I'm new to the area and had a great experience with my previous HT Pharmacy back home. My first visit here was pleasant, as I now assume they were just acting nice to gain my business. The Pharmacist told me to just bring him all my bottles and he'd take care of transferring everything. When I returned with my bottles, the Pharmacist was not there and the male tech said he couldn't do it for me because it was a few minutes before their lunch break. To the rude gentleman I spoke with on the evening of 1/3/23. I understand policy changes. I however don't understand why your loyal consumers were not informed. I just got out of surgery and you were not only unhelpful to me but you were rude. If you don't like your job I heard teeter is hiring cashiers and suggest you apply if you are that unhappy. I hope things get better for you but you lost an extended family's business because the way you spoke to me
